It doesn’t get much more nautical than navy and white stripes we designed for our new spade stripe linen collection. This Pretty in Pink Memorial Bridal Inspiration will show how you can incorporate some of the patriotic elements but still glam it up! This is definitely one of my favorite styled shoots and I wanted to share some inspiration on how you can do this any time of the year. I love how we added some glitz with our gold sequin tablecloth! And we have new sequin pillows now. 

So in the spirit of Memorial Weekend coming up this month, I thought it would be fun to share a little glitzy nautical wedding inspiration.I saw this shoot as an opportunity to step away from more traditional nautical theme and aspired to highlight the romantic, fun side of the venue and design concept. We lightened up the space using custom table linens,  paper props candles, calligraphy, florals and place settings.

For this wedding inspiration shoot, I wanted something that wasn’t so traditionally nautical but that could inspire brides all year round.

We used nautical elements such as the color palette of navy and white as our palette plus ropes and stripes – but pops of blush and other twists kept it from going to ‘out to sea!’

I instantly knew that I wanted to incorporate my sequins table linen collections as well as my stripe navy table linen to tied in with the more traditional nautical theme.

 The floral design was seamless and it helped add the perfect amount of color. I am ecstatic with how well all of the elements turned out. I think keeping the nautical touches glittery and chic is the way to go and it makes me very excited to do other nautical weddings in the future.
